An unpublished compilation of Dapitan's heritage, culture and tradition by Florentino A. Cad on 1972. This book compilation was the source of manuscript about Dapitan. Some of the information of the book was done through interview conducted by Florentino Cad in some of the locale folklores of Dapitan. It is also includes short story about Dapitan, poems written by Mr. Cad and some information details about Dapitan's history. The manuscript can be accessed through Ms. Ma. Victoria Cad-Bangwa, Senior Tourism Operation Officer and the granddaughter of Florention Cad.
