The photo shown the arrival of Bishop Felix Sanchez Zafra, DD from Papal Bull Quantum Prosit taken in 1967. Bishop Zafra is a native of Clarin, Bohol as First Bishop of Dipolog. Taken shortly his arrival at the old airport at Sicayab now where the Sicayab Parish stands today.
